Foreplay Pre-ejaculation Techniques and Tips

"It's particularly important for women to have successful foreplay because it takes a woman a longer time [than a man] to get up to the level of arousal needed to orgasm," says Dr. Ruth Westheimer.

A man can gain an erection in an instant, but for most women, wanting sex is not enough. Foreplay serves a physical and emotional purpose, helping prepare both the mind and body for sex.

Many women need to be kissed, hugged and caressed to create vaginal lubrication, an important precursor to comfortable intercourse.

Why Do Men Skip Foreplay?
There are several reasons why many couples do without foreplay. While some men think they haven’t had sex until they’ve had the full-on experience of intercourse. The temptation is there to skip foreplay and jump right in.

However, all men are not about the wham, bam, thank you, ma’am. Some men avoid foreplay for concerns of premature ejaculation and believe they’ll ejaculate sooner than they’d like.  Rapid ejaculation has everything to do with a super-sensitive nervous system. To calm the central nervous system, it is essential to use natural remedies (Griffonia, Passion Flower, etc) that help take control your ejaculation.

But this article is for women.  Let’s face it: women can play a role in helping prevent P.E. during foreplay.

Prevention
Women can help by reminding the man to relax and by reminding him how important it is for him to loosen up, both mentally and physically.  Women can also assist men with premature ejaculation by keeping foreplay simple and flirtatious.  In fact, if you do foreplay right, then he is more likely to have powerful and enjoyable orgasms during intercourse.

Men crave lots of pre-sex teasing and tantalizing, but helps to take things slow.  Foreplay should be designed to keep him minimally aroused.  It pays to take your sweet time and indulge in the sensual smorgasbord foreplay can be.

Solutions
The following sexy triggers are great ways to start foreplay without sending him rushing headlong in the direction of his ejaculatory threshold:

1.  Be Seen
It’s no secret that men are visual creatures.  Let him watch you undress or maybe even put on a little strip tease. Watching what you're doing and seeing you enjoying yourself are a huge turn on.

2.  Talk Dirty
Women tend to talk a lot, unfortunately not in bed. Not only do guys want to see you, but they also want to hear you. Throw in a few dirty phrases that will turn him on.

3.  Take charge
Stop being passive & make the first move. Tell him what you want him to do. Better yet, show him what you want him to do. Don't be afraid to move his hand, or his whole body, to where you want it-- your man will love it.

When a man is troubled by premature ejaculation, a couple's foreplay can be extremely disappointing for both parties. Yet, premature ejaculation can be worked through and overcome.  One of the biggest ways women can help during foreplay is to take things slowly and never make him feel pressured by you to overcome his premature ejaculation.
